Lelymare Horse is a unique equine centre which focuses on the rearing and rehabilitation of the horse. We have all the facilities to make the horse feel comfortable and give him the care he needs.

Each rehabilitation horse has his own light and large stable with unlimited access to hay and has daily the opportunity to have a walk in the paddock or pasture. We rehabilitate horses after they have had an injury or illness. For rehabilitation we use the Vitafloor and we already successfully rehabilitate horses with this vibrating floor system. In consultation with veterinarians, we make a individual plan for every horse. The horses will be looked after by our experienced staff, they will get professional care and continuous supervision.

Besides the rehabilitation, we offer foals a place to grow up in a natural and suitable environment. This way to grow up is unique in the Netherlands. The young horses grow up in a herd with horses of different ages, the horses have unlimited movement, all the year round. The meadows have a natural lay-out, there are various groves and there is a natural pool where the horses can play and swim. We do also offer periodical stabling for (sport) horses which need a well- deserved break. They are led outside every day and get the best care. During the break, we can keep the horse in condition by using the Vitafloor. The well-being of the horse is our number one priority, you can see that from the horses which leave Lelymare in optimal health!
